Applied glibc ptmalloc2 arena caps to the Rust services (collector, backfill, worker, api). Collector RSS dropped from 778 MiB to 12 MiB, backfill from 587 to 174, worker from 210 to 39. Swap usage fell by 2.6 GiB. Brief service restarts during the window; all endpoints healthy end-to-end.
